Associate Professor Dr. Mohamed Nor Azhari bin Azman is a chief editor for International Journal of Assessment and Evaluation in Education (ISSN 2232-1926) and Journal of Vocational Education Studies (ISSN 2614-7475) under UPSI. He is the author, co-author and editor of several books or book chapters on Industrialised Building System (IBS), STEM Education, GIS and Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) as well as published more than 100 scientific papers.

Associate Professor Dr. Mohamed Nor Azhari bin Azman received his Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from the UNIVERSITI SAINS MALAYSIA, Malaysia, in 2013. He is a senior lecturer at the Faculty of Technical and Vocational, Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris and also a chief editor for International Journal of Assessment and Evaluation in Education (ISSN 2232-1926). He is the author, co-author and editor of several books or book chapters on Industrialised Building System (IBS), STEM Education, GIS and Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) as well as published more than 100 scientific papers.
